Kitchen Garden at Grange Road
Kitchen Garden Baron Road is based in Gee Cross and has drop-in sessions from 11.00 to 4.00 every Wednesday. You can just come along and work with a team of around 4 – 10 people working on gardening tasks such as seed sowing, digging, building shelters or raised beds and harvesting crops.
The Kitchen Garden is an easy-going, peaceful place, and everyone works at their own pace, on their own or together with other gardeners. We have a wood fired stove and a comfy shed, so you are also welcome to come along and enjoy being outdoors and meeting new people.
It’s a great way to keep fit, learn about growing food, and spend some time in the great outdoors. You can come along every week or just once in a blue moon, and stay for five minutes or five hours as you please.
